We want you to be satisfied with our map products. Please see below for the return policy for your circumstance.
Damaged during shipping
You have 7 days upon receipt to notify us for a refund or exchange if the artwork was damaged during shipping. Please contact us and include photos of the packaging and product.
Simply unhappy with the product
You have 14 days upon receipt to notify us for a refund or exchange if you are not satisfied with the product. Email us at support@columbuscartography.com or submit through the online form to start the return process.
When shipping the return, you must package the map product the same as it was when you received it. We will email you the mailing address to return the product. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive the returned product in perfect condition, we can proceed with a refund or with choosing a new piece (of equal or lesser value).
